Boosting Your Survey Experience: In this update, we've introduced powerful new survey tools, including templates for New Hire Onboarding and Employee Wellbeing. Dive in to see how these changes can refine your feedback process and improve employee experiences!

Add Survey Templates

We’ve added a set of the most valuable employee survey templates for easy use. Users can create their own tags and add questions to them, ensuring a unique tag or purpose. Question types will now be distinctly separated between surveys, 1:1 talking points, and reviews.

New Hire Onboarding

Gain valuable insights into new hire experiences and onboarding effectiveness by gathering feedback on training, orientation, and overall satisfaction. This proactive approach helps improve the onboarding experience, build a positive company culture, increase employee retention, and ensure new hires feel supported and valued from day one.

Employee Wellbeing

Update MongoDB in Production to Latest Version

MongoDB has been updated to the latest version to enhance performance, security, and reliability of the production environment. This update includes various optimizations and fixes to improve overall database efficiency.

Bug Fixes

  • Action Items Restoration We've resolved an issue where action items created in 1:1 meetings notes were not displaying in the "Action Items" tab.

  • 1:1 Meeting Notification Update The reminder message for upcoming 1:1 meetings has been corrected for clarity.

  • Privacy of Feedback Feedback is now truly private, ensuring that admin users will no longer have visibility into individual team member's submissions.
