What's New in Our Latest Release?? We’re excited to announce several enhancements this month! You can now add up to 15+ answer options for surveys and reviews, providing more flexibility. Plus, our new AI Pulse Survey feature makes generating insightful surveys a breeze with customizable and predefined prompts. Dive in and explore all the new updates in our biggest release yet!

🪄 AI Pulse Surveys
Introducing AI Pulse Surveys—a smarter way to create surveys! A new "AI Pulse Survey" tab has been added to the context panel when creating new or editing existing surveys, allowing users to generate pulse survey questions using AI. You can input custom prompts or choose from five predefined templates: Individual Performance, Team Process Feedback, Team Morale, Team Engagement, and Team Well-being.
The system will generate survey questions that you can apply individually or all at once, with each question formatted to fit our predefined question formats for seamless integration. This new feature makes creating meaningful surveys faster and more intuitive, helping you gather the insights you need with minimal effort.

🧠 Increased Answer Options for Surveys & Reviews
We’ve expanded the answer options for survey and review questions! Customers can now add more than the previous limit of 9 answers per question—up to 15+ answers. This enhancement allows for greater customization and flexibility in your review and survey cycles, giving you more options to recreate existing processes and receive insights from your team.

🌾 Employee ID Field Addition (in Review Results Export too) 📊
This new field, located under the location field and next to the time zone (see image above), allows you to add the employee ID manually or from other HRIS tools directly in Peoplelogic. Additionally, the Employee ID will now appear in the first column of the downloaded employee list, making it easier to align employee data between systems and enhance your record-keeping accuracy.

We’ve added a "Recipient Employee ID" column to the Review Results CSV export! This new column appears at the beginning of the export, right before the recipient name, making it easier to associate review results with your existing employee data during external analysis. This enhancement helps streamline data integration and ensures greater accuracy when analyzing review outcomes alongside other employee records.

🏷️ Using Custom Tags to Filters for Survey Results and Review Analytics
We’ve added Custom Tags to enhance your filtering options for Survey Results and Review Analytics! In the Survey Progress/Results filters, you can now select from a list of custom tags specific to your organization (added to employee details), allowing you to tailor your analysis and easily segment data based on relevant categories. Similarly, in the Review Analytics section, a new Custom Tags field enables you to refine your insights by choosing from available tags. Whether you want to focus on specific teams, projects, or custom criteria, these new filtering capabilities provide more precise and meaningful analysis for your surveys and reviews.

🗓️ Add Due Dates to Tasks in OKRs
You can now assign due dates to individual tasks that contribute to your key results, making it easier for your team to manage timelines and stay on track. This new feature helps ensure that all critical work tied to your objectives is completed on schedule, promoting better organization, accountability, and focus as you work toward achieving your key results.

🗑️ Task Deletion in OKRs
We’ve added the ability to delete tasks under OKRs! Tasks are designed to help teams organize and manage important work that contributes to achieving key results. Now, if a task is no longer relevant or was created by mistake, you can easily remove it to keep your OKRs clean and focused on what truly matters. This feature gives you more control and flexibility in managing your progress toward key outcomes.

💬 Chat Integration Update
We’re excited to announce that we’ve moved our chat support system from to Pylon. Pylon offers a more streamlined, AI-enhanced support experience, helping us respond faster and more accurately to your questions. With better integration across our help desk and support channels, you’ll have access to contextual answers and smoother interactions, ensuring your questions get resolved efficiently. Say hello to smarter, more personalized support!

🔒 Enhancements for SSO Login, Invite Email, and Employee Management
You can now deactivate employees directly from the people list in a workspace with SSO login enabled, streamlining workforce management. Additionally, we’ve enhanced login options, allowing users to log in with email and password, Google, Microsoft, or Slack accounts—even if SSO is active for their workspace. The invite email link for workspaces with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled now directs new users to the SSO login page instead of the standard email/password page. Finally, SSO session durations have been extended to an entire day, reducing the need for frequent logins.
