You can also add custom fields to employee profiles, helping you categorize different contract types and improve your data analytics. Plus, there’s a handy new Release Notes widget in the sidebar footer, giving you instant access to the latest updates! 🚀 Dive into the details of all the updates below and let us know what you think!
OKR Statuses in 1:1s Context Panel
A section for relevant Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) has been added in the context panel of 1:1s. Employees' assigned OKRs are now displayed in the context panel when meeting with their manager or an admin. The menu includes tabs similar to reviews, with tabs labeled: OKRs, IDPs, and Suggested Questions. Users have the option to select current or past objective cycles, with the default view set to the current cycle.

Custom Fields for Employee Profiles
Custom fields have been introduced for employee profiles, enabling the differentiation between contract types such as independent contractor, part-time employee, and full-time employee. This enhancement will also allow users to soon filter employee profiles in survey and review analytics dashboard, providing improved categorization and data analysis capabilities.

Release Notes Widget in Sidebar Footer
A new widget displaying release notes has been added next to the "Invite the Team" button in the sidebar footer. This update includes a changelog button with an icon and a release widget, providing users with immediate access to the latest updates and features directly from the sidebar.

Automatically Cancel Reminder Notifications When Event/Item Is Cancelled
Resolved an issue where reminder notifications were still being sent even after the associated 1:1 meeting times were cancelled or deleted. Users will now no longer receive reminder notifications for events or items that have been removed. This includes cancellations made through connected calendar integrations and the Impact systems.
Add "Maximum Weeks Tenure" to Survey Inclusion
The survey inclusion criteria now supports a new "Maximum Weeks Tenure" option, in addition to the existing minimum weeks tenure filter. This enhancement enables surveys to target employees with a specified maximum tenure, useful for focusing on newer hires. To ensure accuracy, users are prevented from proceeding if the minimum and maximum weeks tenure values are identical, prompting an error message: “Minimum tenure weeks can't be higher than maximum tenure weeks.” The new filter is available under the "Participants" section of the survey building page.

Add a method to remove Objective parenthood
A "blank" option has been added to the dropdown list on both the “Parent Objective” list and the “Child Objective” list, allowing users to remove selected parent or child objectives without the need to delete them.

Lock Date/Time for 1:1 Agendas Synced with Calendar Event
Resolved an issue where syncing a 1:1 agenda with a recurring calendar event allowed users to adjust the agenda's date and time, creating duplicate agendas. Now, once an agenda is synced with a recurring meeting event, the date and time are locked to match the calendar event. Changes to the meeting date or time in the calendar will automatically sync to the agenda, ensuring consistency.

Add the toggle for show all child objective details to the All Objectives page
The Objectives menu will now include a "Show/Hide Child" toggle button next to the "Expand/Collapse all" button. With "Show Child" Active, objectives will appear in a hierarchical order, displaying child objectives with an advance regarding their direct parents. When "Show Child" is inactive, only the parent objectives will be visible. The "Expand/Collapse all" button will continue to function as before, showing or hiding the MKRs (Metrics/Key Results) inside objectives, but the text will change to "Show/Hide MKRs."
