Enhanced Objective Tracking

The "My Objectives" functionality has been upgraded to improve how you track and manage your objectives. You will now see not only the objectives that you own but also any associated measurable key results (MKRs) specifically assigned to you. This focused view streamlines your workflow by only displaying the MKRs relevant to your responsibilities.

Bug Fixes

• IDP Template Creation Bug Fixed We have resolved an issue that caused errors when creating new templates in the IDPs section.

• Review Submission Issue Fixed The submit button now remains active after completing the review questionnaire, ensuring successful submission.

• Enhanced Security Sensitive information is now protected and will not be stored in local storage, ensuring data safety post-session logout.

• Enhanced Survey Anonymity We've resolved an issue to ensure the anonymity of employee responses in surveys cannot be compromised by result filters.

• 1:1s Download Functionality Fixed Issues with downloading content in the 1:1s section, especially those involving hyperlinks, have now been resolved.
