We’ve rolled out several improvements designed to make your performance review and survey processes even more flexible, secure, and efficient. From extended submission windows to smarter question logic and cleaner integrations—here’s what’s new:

👮Submission Deadline Enforcement

To help you enforce structure, the “Write Reviews” button now disappears once the submission deadline has passed. It’s replaced with a clear “Overdue” label. This setting is optional and can be toggled on/off during or after review setup.

🙋‍♀️ "Peers Only" Question Option

You can now mark a question as “Peers Only,” ensuring it’s only visible to peer reviewers—not managers, reports, or self-evaluators. A great way to collect candid, targeted feedback.

📅 Calendar Integrations Improved

• Google Calendar Fixes: Resolved sync issues causing “Invalid Date” errors.

• MS Calendar Filtering: Now filters events from the past month (not just the most recent 250), ensuring more relevant and complete data.
  

🧾 Excel Export for Review Responses

Export all review response data—either in bulk or by individual recipient—with our new Excel export feature. Columns include reviewer/recipient info, question score, weight, comments, and more.

🗓️ Extended Survey Submission Period

Surveys can now remain open for up to 30, 45, or 60 days, giving you more flexibility for thoughtful, long-term data collection—especially for larger teams or slower-moving review cycles.

📊 Toggle for Standard User Access to Org Chart

Admins can now control whether standard users can view the People tab and org chart—making the platform more transparent without compromising control.

🧭 SSO Login Flow Improvement

Users logging in via SSO will now be redirected to their original destination—not just the homepage. A smoother, smarter login experience.

📝 Page Title Updates

The titles for the IDPs and Surveys pages have been corrected to ensure they are accurately defined. Additionally, all other related page titles have been updated to follow the "*-Peoplelogic" format for consistency, as detailed in the provided "Page Titles" spreadsheet.

📩 Review Reminders via Waypoint

Manual email reminders for reviews now flow through the Waypoint notification service, offering a more reliable and user-friendly experience. Send to all or selected recipients from the three-dot menu.
