🧭 Enhanced Navigation with My Profile

The left menu now includes a My Profile section at the bottom, below My Teams and People. This provides direct access to your profile with your avatar displayed. For standard users, the menu has been simplified by removing All Teams/People, showing only My Profile to make navigation clearer.

🗣️ Feedback Tab in 1:1 and Review Context Panels

We’ve added a Feedback tab in the 1:1 and Review Context Panels.

• Reviews: Easily reference feedback received during self-assessments, peer, or direct report reviews.

• 1:1 Meetings: See recent feedback exchanged with managers or direct reports.

This helps you keep relevant feedback at your fingertips for more productive conversations.

🦺 Editing Restriction During Review Responses

To prevent accidental edits, we’ve disabled editing directly from the context panel when answering reviews. Users can still view relevant data such as OKRs, reviews, 1:1 meetings, IDPs, praise, and private notes—but must make edits outside the review process.

🪄 Platform-wide Filter Optimization

Filters throughout the platform have been optimized for smoother, more consistent performance. Enjoy a faster, more reliable filtering experience across all sections.

📧 Email Notifications for Reviewers Moved to Waypoint

Review process notifications are now powered by Waypoint, ensuring reviewers receive timely email reminders with direct links to complete their reviews. Notifications include:

• Review Name

• Submission Deadline (with timezone)

• Personalized Reminders for both standard reviewers and self-evaluation reviewers.

This ensures no responses are missed!

SSO Login Page Case Insensitivity

SSO login pages are now case-insensitive, so workspace links like 'peoplelogic' and 'Peoplelogic' will both work seamlessly, preventing login issues.

• IDP Email Notifications Issue Resolved: IDP due date email notifications are now functioning correctly.

• Review Cycle Submission Fix: Required checkbox questions in reviews no longer block submission.

• Slack Login Error Resolved: Slack login errors fixed, ensuring uninterrupted platform access.

• Admin Access Level Update Fixed: Admin access levels can now be updated consistently across environments.

• Double Space in Review Names Fixed: Eliminated unwanted double spaces when naming reviews.

• Survey Text Area Cursor Issue Resolved: The cursor now stays in place when typing in survey text areas.

• Review Schedule Button Visibility Restored: The review scheduling button is now visible and works as expected.
