AI Meeting Summaries, IDP task emails, & more!
Exciting updates are here! We've introduced our latest AI feature, AI Meeting Note Summaries! Plus, we’ve added checkboxes on reviews and surveys management so admins can bulk edit or delete. Enjoy exploring these enhancements!
🪄AI Overview Tab in 1:1s Context Panel
Your 1:1 notes just got a powerful upgrade! You can now view AI-generated summaries of your most recent meeting, along with up to two prior ones, all in one place. A new selector box lets you easily choose up to three meetings to summarize, with the latest three automatically pre-selected.
Once you click the AI button, OpenAI provides deep insights and smart support for your performance conversations. To top it off, you’ll also get key talking points and actionable items to keep your upcoming meetings focused and impactful. Get ready for more productive, insight-driven conversations!

✅ Multi-selection with Checkboxes
You can now easily select multiple items for deletion using checkboxes across various sections like Reviews, Surveys, and Templates. Once you’ve selected your items, the delete button becomes active, and a confirmation message ensures you're ready to proceed.
This new feature streamlines your workflow, making bulk actions faster and more efficient. Say goodbye to time-consuming one-by-one deletions and enjoy a smoother, more productive experience!

🧐 AI Review Insights Visibility Update
The platform now displays a message notifying users that "AI Overview will only show once the review is finished" when AI Review Insights cannot be displayed. This ensures users are informed that insights will be accessible when the review cycle is completed or all participants have responded. Additionally, the "Responses" and "Notes" tabs remain accessible during the ongoing review process.

📧 Email Notifications for IDP "To Do" Items, Survey Starts, and 1:1 Relationships
Email notifications for various activities, such as IDP "To Do" items, surveys, and 1:1 relationships, have been integrated into the Waypoint service to improve communication and engagement. IDP notifications are sent 24 hours before due dates, reminding users to address tasks or revisions promptly. Survey notifications include personalized details, submission links, deadlines, and are signed by The Peoplelogic Team for consistent communication. For new 1:1 relationships, users receive notifications with collaboration tools like shared agendas, action items, and links to meeting resources, enhancing the one-on-one meeting experience.

Open Surveys in New Tab
Users can now open surveys in a new tab by right-clicking or using "cmd"+click, similar to the functionality available for reviews. This enhancement transforms the survey title into a link, enabling a more flexible navigation experience.
Updated CSV File Naming
All exported CSV files, previously named with a suffix of "_plai.csv", are now updated to end with "_peoplelogic.csv". This change standardizes file naming across objective cycles, review cycle responses, survey heatmaps, survey responses, and employee lists to improve consistency and clarity.
Improved Login and Sign-Up Experience
The user interface now displays a spinning/loading icon during non-password logins, sign-ups, and initial workspace creation, providing a clearer indication that the platform is loading and redirecting users appropriately.
Consistent Email Design for Verification Codes
The initial verification code email now reflects the design style of our regular platform emails, moving away from a plain text format to a more cohesive and visually appealing template.
